Stay Safe; Stay Small!

Updated June 25, 2021

At Saratoga Arms, our priority has always been making our guests feel welcome and well cared-for.  We are diligently focused on the health of safety of our guests as well as our employees.  We will do this without compromising the quality of your experience when you stay with us.

We are adhering to the latest New York State protocols and are also following guidance from the world’s leading health experts.

Because we are a small family-owned hotel, we can keep a sharp eye on how our policies are carried out.  Owners Kathleen and Amy Smith, along with Rachel Boggan, Operations Manager, personally oversee the staff who are assigned these important responsibilities.

For many of us, travel is a necessary and rewarding part of our lives.  We sincerely appreciate the trust you place in us when you visit Saratoga Springs.  Saratoga Arms is where past, present and future guests can celebrate life’s milestones – or just get away to recharge – with confidence.  We are here for you.

Masking

In consideration of the CDC’s most recent Mask Guidance and Governor Cuomo’s new Mask Mandate for New York State, we are adjusting our mask policy.  Beginning Wednesday, May 19, 2021, our guests who are fully vaccinated are no longer required to wear masks while inside the hotel. Guests who are not considered fully vaccinated will still be required to wear a mask when in the indoor common spaces of the hotel. Masks for all guests, however, may be removed when seated in our dining room for breakfast and on our front porch. We are confident in the integrity of our guests to follow these guidelines and will not be requiring proof of vaccination.
Revised mask mandates notwithstanding, the safety of our hotel team, their loved ones, our guests and our community will always be our top priority. At this time,  all front-facing employees who are vaccinated may remove their masks.  Those employees that are vaccinated will wear a “I’m vaccinated” pin. At any time, if a guest requests that a staff member wear a mask, we will do so.
