Three Daughters, the signature restaurant at Saratoga Arms, offers elevated cuisine in a warm dining room and on the inviting front porch overlooking downtown Saratoga Springs. The culinary team crafts a seasonally driven menu using the freshest local ingredients.
The restaurant is named for founder Kathleen Smith’s three daughters, each of whom has played a role in the family business over the years—a legacy reflected in the welcoming spirit of the dining experience.
Breakfast: A Sumptuous Affair
Wake up to our farm-to-table piping hot breakfast prepared by our chef just for you. Select from our menu of freshly baked goodies, local farm brown eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt, and gluten-free, vegan, or dairy-free selections that change daily.
Breakfast is served from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Monday – Friday and 7:30am – 11:30am Saturday – Sunday both to hotel guests and the public.

Workday Breakfast Retreat
Monday – Thursday | Seated by 9:15am and work for the remainder of the day
Stay for the sunshine, the coffee and a surprisingly productive workday. For $35, choose any entree from our main breakfast menu, enjoy unlimited coffee and hot tea refills all day, a large bottle of Saratoga sparkling or flat water, complimentary wifi and a quiet private table to work in community and comfort.
Guests must be seated by 9:15am, dining room transitions to a quiet workspace at 10:30am daily.
