Whether you’re experienced with whiskey or new to the spirit, you’ll enjoy this multi-day opportunity to taste, learn, and bring home some new favorites. Enjoy unrivaled access to some of the best spirits from distillers all around the world during sampling events, a tasting dinner, a distillery tour, and more.
We’re pairing up with First Fill Spirits, a boutique whiskey and spirits store right here in Saratoga for an immersive, curated weekend full of great food, great times, and of course, great whiskey.
Weekend Agenda:
Friday, April 12:
- Check into your luxurious guest room before heading just down the block for your first taste of the weekend. You’ll enjoy an intro to whiskey class led by First Fill Spirits proprietors and curators, Holly and Charles.
- After class, you can get a different kind of taste and explore bustling downtown Saratoga Springs for dinner on your own.
Saturday, April 13:
- Enjoy the famous Saratoga Arms Hotel breakfast in our dining room and catch up with other weekend guests. Or, opt to rest up and take breakfast in your room.
- We’ll head out together for a distillery tour and tasting at Springbrook Hollow Farm Distillery. Nestled in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains near Lake George, Springbrook produces hand-crafted bourbon, whiskey, rye, and more. Their location provides access to clean, unprocessed water from the namesake creek, resulting in unique spirits.
- After returning, spend the afternoon on the town or head to your guest room for some R&R. Join us downstairs in the dining room for a whiskey-pairing dinner curated by our in-house chef. And don’t forget to ask us about our own collection of unique whiskeys and bourbons on display!
Sunday, April 14:
- Taste your way through another farm-to-table breakfast before you check out. But don’t leave so soon! We’ll head back to First Fill Spirits where you’ll enjoy a bit of the VIP treatment.
